After the ref’s whistle to start the game an initial attack from Coundon Court fired the Clarets into action taking charge of the game from early on.
The boys maintained their positions and passed the ball around effectively to make shooting opportunities, early on Max hit the cross bar twice before Dexter broke the deadlock after he found himself in space to fire in a low cross from the left hand side.
Another 3 goals, 2 from Ronnie R and 1 from Max before half time saw the Clarets 4 – 0 up at the break.
After some positive words from the coaches at half time, the second half continued as the first half ended with the Clarets dominating in every area of the pitch, passing the ball around and applying continuous pressure whenever Coundon did get possession of the ball resulting in goals coming from throughout the team with Arthur, Harvey, Zavi all scoring and Ronnie adding another 4 to his tally and Max another 3.
Excellent play in midfield from Charlie and assured defending from Niko and Sonny ensured the Clarets kept a clean sheet.
