Our brand new U13 Wanderers, sponsored by GP Paving, team had their first competitive league game last Sunday against Lillington and ran out very convincing winners with 10 – 2 scoreline.
A spectator commented that this team looked like they had been together for a few years, as the way they played was like watching players that knew excatly where his team mates were. Strong tackles, great passing and excellent shots were all on display.
Manager Rob Hope has certainly got them playing some very attractive football.
